    We'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know each other, talk about your goals, ideals, timeline, etc. Ask me your questions and get real answers and trustworthy market insight, not blog ideas.

  • Become a client

    You will receive your own private MLS portal with filtered listings based on your criteria. I will provide you market data for the locations you are interested in, referrals to any resources we identify are needed, and a tailored strategic approach to the property search based on your individual goals. 

  • Schedule showings

    Showings are an opportunity for you to get a feel for the space. See, smell and listen to the house. Imagine living in the layout. Furthermore, let me introduce you to property's performance. We'll look at the health and safety components, efficiencies, the electrical and HVAC systems, structural elements, the maintenance and cosmetic conditions, etc. I can help you envision renovations and generalize the costs of those projects. 

  • Make an offer

    Offer strategy is 100% unique to each combination of buyer/property/point in time.  Whatever you're unique profile is and the property you're purchasing, I've got you. From single family home to condo to multi, from the top of the market price range to the very bottom and everything in between, I've sold it all. I'm not intimidated by multiple offers and you shouldn't be either with strategy on our side. I will leverage data points, comparitive market analysis, and insider insight to empower you to make the right offer. 


    The right offer is NOT about pushing you out of your comfort zone for the sake of winning the bid. The right offer is one you can feel good about, win or lose. I want my clients to win, but I don't ever want my clients to win a bid and have regrets. I believe that a core part of my job is protecting you against that experience. With this mindset, I have a high level of contract success and buyer satisfaction. I work with you to identify your goals, understand how they align with the market and come up with an offer that is competitive and still comfortable. Then my job is to package and present that offer in the best light possible to the seller side. There's a lot of propreitary creativity in this process and a lot of leaning into my relationships in the community and industry. I give you every advantage possible without sacrificing integrity and sanity.

  • Under Contract to Closing

    I will keep your timeline on track with helpful reminders, coordination, and clear communication. If there are contingencies to navigate, I'm your guide. If problems arise, if we need to negotiate with the seller, if you need to terminate, I'm your steady advisor and representative through it all. 

  • Closing and Beyond

    As we approach closing, I will prepare you with logistics and any relevant resourse and helpful information. From new landlord packets to first time home buyer tips, to contractor recommendations and more, I got whatever you need. 


    Our relationship doesn't end at the closing table. I'm here always for my clients connecting them to whatever resources they need in the community, regularly organizing social events for them, involving them in volunteer work, and more.
