In 2023 Waypoint made it a requirement of all of our agents to complete specialized training and to acquire the NAR GREEN credential to certify our expertise in home performance, empowering us to provide enhanced services to our buyer and seller clients who want to understand how sustainability improves the comfort, health, utility budgets, and resale value of their homes.
